Austria's parliament gave its government the mandate to open negotiations on a new bailout program for Greece on Friday.
Estonia’s parliament will convene on Friday afternoon. It is not yet clear if there will be a vote, but the PM is expected to make a presentation.

The Greek parliament has already voted in favor of the hard-hitting austerity measures required by the eurozone for a third bailout deal. Despite 32 of its MPs voting against the plans, the Syriza-led government won out by 229 votes to 64.
