SYRIZA's Pappas calls on North Macedonia's Mickoski to respect Prespa Agreement

SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance Parliamentary Leader Nikos Pappas condemned recent statements by North Macedonia's Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski stating they "clearly violate the Prespa Agreement."

Pappas called on Mickoski to respect international law and EU acquis.

Pappas emphasized that the Greek government "must awaken from its diplomatic slumber and hold the Mickoski administration accountable, reminding them that the Prespa Agreement is part of the European acquis and full compliance is essential for North Macedonia's EU accession."
