Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis's next stop after Agrinio was Arta.
On Saturday afternoon, accompanied by the Mayor of Arta Christoforos Siafakas he engaged with residents and shop owners along the main pedestrian street of Skoufa.
Mitsotakis also visited the fully renovated old courthouse building, where he toured the premises and spoke with judicial officials. Following this, he proceeded to the ancient "Small" Theatre of Amvrakia, the smallest ancient Greek theatre uncovered to date, where he was briefed on the progress of the archaeological site’s development.
The Prime Minister also visited the irrigation projects near the historic bridge of Arta, where he was informed about the importance of these interventions for irrigating the local plains and supporting the primary sector of the region.
