Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his wife Mareva Grabowski-Mitsotakis were in attendance at the graduation of their son, Konstantinos Mitsotakis, who completed his Master’s degree in International Relations at Georgetown University.
Photos from the ceremony were shared on social media by Konstantinos himself, as well as by his partner, Greek tennis star Maria Sakkari, who posted a photo of the couple with the caption: “More than proud.”
Following the Georgetown ceremony, the Mitsotakis family is set to travel to New York and Connecticut for more celebrations.
Their daughter Sophia is graduating from Columbia University, while their youngest daughter Daphne is completing her studies at Yale University.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Mitsotakis will visit the United Nations headquarters in New York, where he will preside over and speak at a special session of the Security Council focused on maritime security. Greece currently holds the rotating presidency of the Council.
The prime minister is scheduled to return to Athens on Wednesday.
