Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will travel to Northern Evia on Wednesday for a series of engagements focused on regional infrastructure and public health services.
Mr. Mitsotakis will begin the day at 9:30 a.m. with a visit to the Istiaia Health Center, followed by a meeting with local residents in Oreoi half an hour later.
At 11 a.m., the prime minister is scheduled to speak at the inauguration of the newly completed Rovies-Ilia road. He will conclude his visit at 1:30 p.m. with a stop at a construction site for Chalkida's ring road project.
The visit comes as part of the government's ongoing push to highlight regional infrastructure investment ahead of Greece's next general election, expected in 2027.
