A 50-year-old man was arrested by the authorities on Saturday for carrying out 'hot work' using a rotary saw near forested land in Penteli, Attica on a day when there was an Extreme Fire Risk - State of Alert category 5 fire risk warning.
According to the fire department, the foreign national was caught in the act while operating an rotary wood saw and a rotary metal saw near a forested area, violation of the law.
