Greece's annual Cinema Celebration returns Thursday, Oct. 29, with a flat ticket price of €3 for every film, screening and cinema in the country.
Under the slogan "October 29, shall we go?", the one-day event has grown in recent years into the public's biggest yearly date with the big screen, with the full lineup of the season's films on offer.
Organizers say no special occasion is needed to go to the movies, but when there is one, so much the better.
The day falls the day after Greece's Oct. 28 national holiday, a likely boost for crowds.
