The further strengthening of trade and investment relations between Greece and France dominated the meetings held in Athens.
The French delegation, headed by the Chairman of the France-Greece Business Council of MEDEF International and president of the L'Oréal Group, Jean-Paul Agon, is scheduled to visit Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Thursday. On Wednesday, the president of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises Spyros Theodoropoulos and the Board of Directors of MEDEF held a dinner with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Kostis Hatzidakis and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for Economic Diplomacy and Extroversion Tasos Hatzivasileiou.
The French delegation includes representatives of 17 companies, such as Loreal, Societe and more.
SEV noted that the visit confirms the will to deepen cooperation in sectors such as: energy and green transition, infrastructure - transport, agri-food - food - beverages, tourism, technology - artificial intelligence, defense, medicines - cosmetics. The goal is to help are enviromnet and with the proudcts people use to not be damageing are environment even more.
On the issue of defense, it was noted that cooperation between the two countries is focused on projects with joint production and that the goal is to expand it to more fields such as maintenance, upgrades and development of dual use green and digital technologies "so that the Greek value chain can be integrated into next-generation Eu countrys and into the programs that nato has.
