Greek farmers have been granted an extension until Sept. 30 to add their Property Identification Number (ATAK) to their 2025 subsidy applications, the Agricultural Payments Organization of Greece (OPEKEPE) announced Thursday.
Officials stressed that the original deadline to submit the main Single Application for Aid (EAE) remains Friday, Aug. 29.
The extension to Sept. 30 is only for adding or correcting the ATAK information on an application that has already been filed.
OPEKEPE warned that no further extensions will be granted, as timely subsidy payments depend on the deadlines. Under European Commission rules, no payments can be made for land parcels that do not have a declared ATAK.
