This week’s schedule includes standout events such as the Greek debut of internationally acclaimed Polish cellist Dobrawa Czocher, who is set to perform at the Roman Agora on Tuesday, May 20, alongside pianist Natalia Czekała.
On Wednesday, May 21, and Thursday, May 22, Klafthmonos Square will host the Algerian Cultural Days in partnership with the Algerian Embassy, featuring crafts, fashion, food, folk music, and a booth promoting university studies in Algeria.
On Thursday, May 22, a musical takeover of Omonia Square will run from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., led by well-known Athens DJs from collectives For 303 and Butterfly. At the same time, vocalist Martha Mavroidi will present her choral project Chelanthi at Mitropoleos Square, featuring over 90 singers and a capella compositions inspired by global folk traditions.
The National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) is also joining the festival with extended hours and an evening rooftop party featuring Italian electronic artist Glass Coffee, offering panoramic views over Athens alongside art and cocktails.
